How to formulate with PP recyclates


With stable, standardized mechanical properties the rPP portfolio has several technical advantages – as well as environmental ones – making it suitable for numerous applications, standard formulation and consistent processing conditions.

Your product is unique. It is the result of a production process that has been carefully considered and thoroughly tested. We use a similar approach with the incorporation of our ML Poliolefins rPP. Our rPP is a standardized product which, once formulated in, can be used in your production process as any virgin material.

Leading in this reformulation are the desired mechanical properties in your final product. Together with you we analyze your current production process and align a number of test formulations with various percentages of our rPP, together with your other ingredients. A tailor made approach to optimize your solution by sharing our experience.
