Our Polymers team at the Ramstein site in Germany specializes in the development, production and marketing of customized compounds and provides you with differentiated and comprehensive support in implementing individualized applications.

Compounds according to customer demands

The key competencies are compounds that are developed in close cooperation with our customers to address their specific demands. This results in highly individual materials with specific property profiles in terms of mechanics, weight, conductivity, temperature, wear and friction etc. for complex technical applications, e.g. in the fields of Mobility, E&E or Industrial Engineering.

Materials design

For modification and adjustment of desired properties, you can choose from a wide range of different base polymers and additive / filler combinations. You also benefit from our decades of experience in thermoplastics design, application expertise and solutions competence.

With a user-centric approach, materials for metal substitutes and lightweight construction, thermally conductive and detectable compounds, food-grades or tribologically optimized types are developed and produced at the Ramstein plant on our own production lines.

On request, we also integrate sorted secondary raw materials into product development, on the basis of which resource-saving, high-quality recompounds are created.
